Experimenting with Bright Lipstick
I never wear bright lipstick, especially if it’s red. However, today I thought I would give it a try. My make-up reminds me of 50s: winged eyeliner, heavy eyelashes, and full bright lips. Not bad, but smoky eye look that I am so used to is still my favorite.

It Still Is Summer Here…
Yes, it is still Summer here in California, but a cool breeze of Fall in the mornings feels great. Greenish-blue in my outfit associates with cool morning, and orange-red color accessories represent a hot afternoon sun.

It’s That Time…Date Night With My Husband!
Yes, yes, it’s that time. Love it! This evening my husband and I went to P.F.Changs restaurant. It’s such a great place to enjoy delicious food, and also one of my favorite restaurants! Before heading home, my husband offered to take some photos for my blog. I thought it was so sweet of him! 🙂

Here we go …my second make-up post!
Today, instead of writing about my eye shadows and lipstick, I would like to talk about the brushes I use to apply my make-up with.
SHANY Professional Cosmetic Brush Set is my most favorite 12 piece set of brushes.
I bought it three years ago or so, and since then I use it everyday. The brushes are of a great quality. I had them for years, used them a lot, and they are still as good as new. The set costs only $12.99 on amazon, which is a great deal for such a valuable piece!

The correct answer is Shoes! The high platform wedge pumps looked too heavy with my linen pants and delicate office-style look as a whole. They just didn’t feel right when I wore them with my business-like look. :-))

All Dressed-Up For…
Today all dressed-up in an elegant dress and sparkly golden heels, I went…for a walk with my best friend! It did feel strange to wear it for such a ‘special’ occasion, but my friend and I always have so much fun together that we didn’t even notice when we came back home. 🙂

My Modern Painting
As far back as I can remember, I have always been very interested in art and creativity. As a young girl in my village, I would occupy my time with drawing, and in school I always enjoyed lessons that included painting. I still enjoy drawing with my children and by myself too.
A few weeks ago, I was at Michael’s store, and decided there was nothing stopping me from painting with acrylic for the first time . My dream is to learn how to paint with oil, and acrylic is a perfect start-up.
When I started painting, all I knew is that I wanted to have lots of texture and complimentary colors in it, and maybe a tree, grass or flowers. As I was in the process, I was going along with what I felt like I wanted to see in the painting.
