Ever since I styled a layered outfit in my “Shades of Blue” post, I wanted to put together this polka dot blouse with the sheer top that were hanging in my closet for a while.
Usually layering means wearing several layers of a few garments that are of contrasting colors. However, I wanted to pair together these two neutral garments, so that the main accent would be on the print and the texture of the outfit. Bright pants and chunky necklace added a pop of color and interest to the layered look.

OH MY GOSH I love this outfit!! The color is amazing…especially the magenta pants 🙂 And I always love polka dots…I really like that the top layer is sheer so that you can see the polka dots peeping through!!
