Striped Dress. 5 days/5 ways. Day 4

Here is a relaxed outfit with my striped dress. I shoud’ve added a few bracelets to it, but we had to hurry to get some breakfast at the hotel before they stop serving it. I didn’t have much time to do my hair either, so just a simple and quick side bun did it.:-)

It’s time to go to the beach! Vacation!

Healthy Snack Everyone!

Here is a healthy, simple, and tasty snack I made this morning. My children emptied the plate pretty quick. There was only bell pepper for me to eat after all. 🙂

It’s pretty simple to make. I used cream cheese as the main ingredient to stuff ham and turkey lunch meat with. I added green onion, bell pepper, fresh spinach, and cucumber (you can add any vegetable you like), and rolled it in the meat. My children love cherry tomatoes, and so I made sure I had them on the plate too. Red and yellow tomatoes also made the dish colorful and pretty.

Nails…cyan and orange

The combination of cyan and orange colors was always one of my favorite ones. So a few days ago, when I bought a pretty cyan color nail polish, I immediately looked for an orange one…and I found it! Here is the result: a medium cyan polish #530 and reddish orange polish #400 by L’Oreal.

A feel of warmth and energy that comes from orange color when paired with coolness and calmness of cyan color gives the combination a nice harmony and balance.

P.S. It’s funny that when my husband saw my nails, he sincerely thought that I forgot to paint one of my nails the same color as the rest of them. 🙂

Barbie Balloon Dresses

This creative idea came to my 5 year old daughter this morning. I personally thought it was brilliant and creative of her! So, her birthday was just a few days ago, and we had a lot of balloons left that were not used for it. She decided to make dresses out of them for her new Barbie baby doll. The dresses looked just perfect on Barbie, and she looked very pretty in them! Check it out for yourself! 🙂

Striped Dress. 5 days/5 ways. Day 1

Striped dresses became my top favorite this season. I especially love black and white stripes. Dresses with such a strong pattern can handle accessories of any color…green, brown, red, yellow…it’s fun! The trick here is that no matter which colors you add to accessories a striped dress, it will still remain the focal point of an outfit. Another trick to keep in mind is that vertical stripes make you look thinner, while the horizontal ones visually add few pounds.

So, here is my challenge for this week. Five days/Five ways challenge. Let’s begin…
