There are two brush heads, a toothbrush handle, and a charging base in the box. It’s super easy to assemble.
I like the fact that the brush heads have built-in tongue scrubbers and rubberized head, which helps protecting tooth enamel.
But wait, there is another great feature…the toothbrush has 5 different brush modes: clean, white, massage, gum care, sensitive! You can use any mode that you works best for you or you can vary them depending on your needs! I find myself using the Clean Mode more often than the other ones, but I also like the Sensitive Mode also, as my gums and teeth are on a sensitive side.
After using the toothbrush for over two weeks, I can honestly say that Smile Brilliant yet again impressed me with their quality product. My teeth feel very clean after every brushing and, as much as I like smiling already, I think I do it even more often now … and with more confidence. -)
