Leopard Challenge 5 days/5 ways! Day 3

For the third outfit of this challenge I decided to go with leopard top and red-orange pants. Black with a hint of gold necklace, clutch, belt, and shoes, is what made this outfit dressy and stylish.

Similar outfit…

1. Lodis Accessories, 2. Victoria’s Secret, 3. Forever XXI, 4. 6pm, 5. Michael Kors

Enjoy your weekend!

Happy Nail Colors

Orange color mixed with yellow, and a hint of pink associates with summer, bright sun, fun, joy, and love. I was in a very good and happy mood yesterday, and so I felt like these colors went well with it!

Usually, when I think of orange color, I imagine fall season, pumpkin, dark orange leaves… However, the brighter the color, the more cheerful and summery it feels. Orange color gets attention very easy. So, if you want to get noticed, wearing something orange is what you need. Yellow color associates with sun, energy, and excitement. The two colors are related, because they both have yellow hue in them, so there is no strong contrast between them, at least nothing like between black and white. Pink is not as loud as orange and yellow, instead it has a calming effect, so it nicely balances the two other bright colors in this combination.

Have a good day!

My Delicious Candy!

Decided to make something sweet and yummy, and success! Came up with this yummy candy recipe that everyone in my family just loved! So, I would just call it “My Delicious Candy”, because it’s mine and because it’s delicious. 🙂

My Delicious Candy

Half of La Lechera can

10-15 pieces of crumbly tea biscuits

Half of a cup of walnuts

1/4 of a cup of chocolate

1/2 of a cup of oats

Honestly, there are no specific measurements for ingredients. You see how much you need as you go…I tried to take enough pictures, so it would look as easy as it was for me to make it.

1. Crumble tea biscuits and walnuts.

2. Add La Leshera in a mixing bowl and add crumbled tea biscuits, walnuts, and oats to it. Mix it, add more or less walnuts and tea biscuits until the texture is pretty thick.

3. Make balls and roll them in walnuts (see photo), chocolate or oats.

4. Ta Da! It will look beautiful and taste …remember? Delicious! 🙂

Gold and Blue Victorian Inspired Nails

The inspiration for my gold and blue nail color came from this pretty Victorian style necklace with Turquoise stone. I love the necklace, and it’s definitely a statement piece. It will draw attention no matter what you’re wearing with it. So, I don’t recommend wearing a loud top or dress with it. Click here to see what I wore it with. Back to my nails. Leopard Challenge 5 days/5 ways! Day 2

Yes, leopard print is not always a very loud piece of outfit, especially when it’s an accessory. At first look it’s a simple everyday outfit white blouse and jeans. Messy braid makes it look even more casual, but wait a minute…leopard belt and gold accessories make it dressy…and a touch of pearl enhances this outfit with an elegant and feminine look.

Enjoy!

Leopard Challenge 5 days/5 ways! Day 1

I bought a cute pair of leopard shoes a week ago, and Leopard Challenge idea came to my mind. The challenge is to wear leopard print clothing and accessories for a week straight. It’s easy to go overboard with this print just because the print itself is pretty loud, so it will be fun to wear it for the whole week and try not to look like a leopard. 🙂

Day 1

Here is what I wore…

1. Jacket Venus (similar), 2. Bracelet Kohl’s (similar), 3. Handbag Ivanka Trump (similar), 4. Necklace Kohl’s (similar), 5. Skirt JCPenney, 6. Tank Top Kohl’s, 7. Shoes Zappoz (similar), 9. Bracelet Kohl’s (similar).

Enjoy!
