Healthy Snack Everyone!

Here is a healthy, simple, and tasty snack I made this morning. My children emptied the plate pretty quick. There was only bell pepper for me to eat after all. 🙂

It’s pretty simple to make. I used cream cheese as the main ingredient to stuff ham and turkey lunch meat with. I added green onion, bell pepper, fresh spinach, and cucumber (you can add any vegetable you like), and rolled it in the meat. My children love cherry tomatoes, and so I made sure I had them on the plate too. Red and yellow tomatoes also made the dish colorful and pretty.
